A modern CMS such as WordPress or Joomla is great for building and maintaining websites but they are also targets for malicious attacks.

Keeping them, and their plug-ins, up-to-date is key to your website’s security and therefore one of the most common tasks included in my support time.

Content update requests and small design improvements are also common requests, but anything that can fit into your monthly support time is OK.

The process usually takes between 3-5 business days once I have received the necessary site access. I will then provide you with detailed findings and provide an action plan for the next steps.
