The WordPress support and maintenance packages listed above start from as little as £75 per month.

However, no two clients have the same support and maintenance requirements and if your requirements do not fall into one of the three existing packages, please contact me and we can look at a bespoke package that suits you.

A modern CMS such as WordPress or Joomla is great for building and maintaining websites but they are also targets for malicious attacks.

Keeping them, and their plug-ins, up-to-date is key to your website’s security and therefore one of the most common tasks included in my support time.

Content update requests and small design improvements are also common requests, but anything that can fit into your monthly support time is OK.

Please be aware however that requests for new features for your website will most likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

Sorry, but the support hours do not roll over to subsequent months. What I can assure you is that there is always something that needs doing on a website and your support hours will never be unused.

The process usually takes between 3-5 business days once I have received the necessary site access. I will then provide you with detailed findings and provide an action plan for the next steps.
